Versa screen won't turn on

Hi This is penching, I too am having a problem with my Fitbit versa. It is not turning on. Even if I just charged it. I then charged it again to see if it would turn on but it didn’t. My husband tried the troubleshooting Recommendation fr the website but nothing happen. Pls help! I badly need my Versa back. Thank you.

Hi! My husband try to charge it again but it won’t turn on or vibrate. It wasn’t lighting up when it was placed back on the charger. My husband went to connect / synced it but it won’t do anything. He left them charging for so long to see if it just need a longer charging but nothing happened. I don’t know what else to do. I hope that you can help. Thank you so much!
