Hi This is penching, I too am having a problem with my Fitbit versa. It is not turning on. Even if I just charged it. I then charged it again to see if it would turn on but it didn’t. My husband tried the troubleshooting Recommendation fr the website but nothing happen. Pls help! I badly need my Versa back. Thank you.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what are the troubleshooting steps that your husband tried. Also, let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that your husband already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
