My versa was working just fine until I noticed the HR sensors weren't working anymore (lights wouldn't turn on). I decided to restart my fitbit...Unsuccessful.
After, I tried the factory reset... IT GOT WORST! I couldn't sync my Versa, time was wrong and at one point, the screen went blank. Now, I can't even use it, I can't read anything on it!
Ive had it for one year, had never experience any issue until this and I don't even wet it.
Please help!

Hi @NPAZ, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen won't turn on and it stopped syncing and showing the correct time. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. Also, let me know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
