My versa screen has turned black.  Can’t reset.  This problem started 5 days ok. Tried resetting hasn’t solved my problem.

It could simply be the battery is flat by now.

 

Try charging it from your computer as it makes a sound when its plugged in so you know the connection is good and its charging?
