Hi, my Versa will connect to my phone, but the screen just “glows” not turns on. All help appreciated.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressind and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears. If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support about it. Regards, kuzibri

@Sky2019 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on.
In addition to the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner, try changing the clock fact to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
