Versa screen wont swipe

I have restarted it, changed the clock face, and it still wont swipe.i have had the versa for less than a year.

I had the same problem. Mine is working properly now.

 

If you haven't yet updated to the newest firmware do that first. Then, it will seem like nothing has changed. Let the fitbit's battery discharge until the fitbit turns itself off. Then, put it on the charger and leave it there until it gets to 100%. 

 

That's what I did to fix mine. I hope it works for you too.
