Versa seems to be connected but it's not

Hello, I have my First fitbit versa. I started to sync, it took About 2 hours and now it seems it is sync. The app works and i can see my watch. But on the watch the display shows the starting text (to start download the fitbit app) which i did. Could you please help mě how to make watch to show me clocks, steps... And not this text? Thanks a lot.

@Sharinka welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it only displays a "Download Fitbit app" message.

Probably your Versa couldn't be set up completely. Due to this, I would like you to try the setup process one more time as described in this help article. After this, check out your Fitbit app and see if your Versa appears as connected and your watch itself shows your clock face and stats properly.
