My versa is taking FOREVER to set up, it has already been over 4 hours and I am missing all my steps 😞

I am having the same issue tonight. Entered Wifi info and also did blutooth sync but stuck in “connecting”. Any help would be appreciated. It’s been about 3 hours.

This is what worked for me. I was going on 5-6 hrs. and it was getting late. Our router is in my fiance's bedroom. I made sure I had both phone AND Fitbit plugged in & charging and put them both out in the hall and kept the bedroom door open and I went to bed. By the time I got up in the morning, I looked at my phone and it said "DONE". I don't know any other way other than to keep both charging and as close to router as possible. It was very frustrating for me that day. Let us know if that works.

I also have an LG V20 and a versa, did you have to restart the app? Mine is taking forever...like 4 hours now and i have no idea how to adjust my home internet the way you did. Any advice?

Yes, I had to restart numerous times. Finally I got soo disgusted I went to bed. I left it charging overnight as well as my phone. When I got up in the morning, it was finished and I just hit "DONE". Remember to place both phone & Versa as close to your router as possible. That worked for me. I hope this helps. Other than that, I have no other suggestions.

Set up versa 2 using wifi and windows 10 ..into 4 hrs now
