Versa setup issues

Hi, I have followed all instructions to set up and have synced to my phone but nothing coming up  on the watch face except the Fitbit symbol. Any ideas what to try next please?

Is it the www.fotbit.com/setup message on the screen?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. I would like to know if you keep experiencing this? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the steps there.
