Versa 2 setup issues

I can not pair phone and watch. It keeps telling me to update app. But won't let me.

Hi @Williams27  it would help if we had more information from you. What phone and platform do you have? Why can't you get the latest app?

I would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
