So I have tried every solution in every forum I could find. My versa setup will not do anything. I get it connects on Bluetooth, sends the code to the Fitbit and I put the code in. App will take me back to the account page and the Fitbit just sits there with the fitbit logo thinking, won't do anything else. Been trying for a day. I have restarted the Fitbit. Unistalled and reinstalled the app. Done every step on the forum.

I can't past anything for initial setup. I never see anything on the screen besides the Fitbit logo. That is my problem. Not sure what else to do

Hi, your last resort will be a Factory Reset so your Versa acts like a new device and you can do the setup all over again. EDIT: try setting it up over Wifi instead of BT. Click the link and follow the suggestions to the letter. Good luck!!
