I have received my Versa Thursday and after 2 hours of charging it. The battery got drained within 6 hours. I have charge it on a PC. last night, slept with the watch to wake up to see my watch is down to 0%. Any other user having this problem? Should I waiy for an update to correct that or its a harware problem. Thank you for your answers.

Return your Versa if the battery is not performing as specified. My original Versa would only stay charged around 12 -14 hours. I contacted the support team, went through the troubleshooting & then once the team deemed the Versa faulty they shipped me a replacement. The good news is I have had the replacement about six weeks now & it lasts 4.5-5 days until it needs charging. I don’t use apps or music. I have Standard clock face, use the heart & sleep monitor, receive text message & calendar alerts & have all day sync activated.

So all the bad things I have been thinking about Fitbit were unwarranted (really tainted by a nightmare I had with a Google Pixel phone and complete lack of support). Fitbit Support had me do a battery test determined there was a problem and say they are sending a replacment Versa. Kudos and thanks to Fitbit.

you can live chat with the Fitbit support team via Twitter - it doesn't cost anything to send back your faulty versa as they provide you with a label to print out - postage paid.

I am having the same issues. Wondering as well if it is hardware or the last update. I was initially getting 3-4 days without charging.

I feel that the support takes forever I would rather suggest anyone getting apple watch as their customer service is good and better. You can take an appointment meet them and talk to them let them know.

Why would I get an Apple Watch?? The support I got was excellent and a replacement is in its way. I'm 100% satisfied with how support managed my issue.

I am really impressed with Fitbit support. I used live Chat. and also phone. Both responded inside of probably 30sec of contact and they are sending a replacement under warranty. Nobody has perfect products so how issues are handled is really important. Fitbit support was great.

The app says that my battery is empty. I have it on the charger but it is not lighting up, or giving any other indication that it is charging. I have only had it a week. Is this normal?
