My versa is working, it is showing an exclamation and it has been two days, been restarting it with no success. What causes this and what must I do. This is frustrating.
I meant to say it is not working

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the exclamation mark disappears.
