My Fitbit Versa has faced this problem recently where it has been stuck on the Fitbit Logo. It will show the logo for 5 seconds (I counted) before turning to a black screen.
I have attempted a hard reset (x2) and I am unsure if it works. Because, you have to take off your finger off the top right button and wait for a vibration but because the logo turns on every 5 seconds it’s hard to know if it works at all.
I really hope it’s not just me who’s had this problem and I hope I can get answers soon.

So for a long while my Fitbit Versa has been working perfectly. But recently it didn’t track my heart rate, and now a more recent problem is that it’s stuck on the Fitbit logo. It will come up every 5 seconds before returning to a black screen.
I have tried hard reset, however it doesn’t work as you are required to see the logo before taking your finger off the top right button and wait for a vibration. But it seems to ignore my attempts of a hard reset.
Does anyone else face this problem?

So I’ve tried what the support team has recommended but it still doesn’t work. It won’t connect to my phone and like I said, restarting it is hard because you are needed to see the logo but my problem is that the logo pops up every 5 seconds.

I have the exact same issue
The logo flashes for five seconds before disappearing and then reappearing after about fifteen seconds
I have tried everything I can think of to solve this problem.
After my Fitbit app was not recognizing my Versa smartwatch (despite it being charged and nearby) I made my app forget the device only for it to fail to find and connect to my watch again. My Fitbit device has never been this unresponsive before and I am still clueless as to how to fix it.
