Yesterday my Versa went dead! I charged it over the night and when I went to use it the time is not right and I can’t get it to do anything!

@Hoos1969, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa showing the incorrect time. You will need to sync it so it gets the time updated from your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Regarding "I can’t get it to do anything" could you elaborate on this so I can better assist you although the restart should help in most situations.

Let me know how it goes.
