Versa shuts down at 25% charge

If I use my Versa as a connected watch (e.g. when riding my bike) it shuts down when it gets to 25% power.  I need to restart it by resetting it (pushing two buttons simultaneously).  This is really annoying because it means I often don't capture a big chunk of my exercise.  Is this a known issue?  Is there a fix?

Hi @Peter_the_SBAM , it's a safety precaution by Fitbit when it recognizes that you're doing an exercise with a battery of only 25% in order to not deplete your battery entirely. Normally you will get a notification that your battey is low and needs charging asap when on 25%. regards kuzibri
