Versa shutting down continuously

My Versa keeps on turning off by itself and is unresponsive until i connect it to its charger. Is anyone aware on how I can turn it on without the charger? It’s also not flat as this happens multiple times and it comes up with over 40% charge each time

@tlucadouwells, welcome to our Fitbit Community! i'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it turns off by itself and became unresponsive unless you put it on the charger.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa manually as described in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, monitor your Versa during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.

My Versa lasted about a day before it began shutting down again. Could this be a battery problem?
