My Versa works fine apart from the sleep tracker hasn’t tracked my sleep since June ( Iv tried syncing, Bluetooth, settings on www. Fitbit , Fitbit app ect
Iv even got premium and it’s still not tracking , I haven’t got my receipt now either 😞

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your sleep data properly.
Regarding the receipt, is it for your Fitbit device purchase or the Premium service?
