Versa sleep tracking issues

My versa 2 stops tracking sleep in middle of night! Day 3 so far and I know I’m sleeping much longer

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your last email soon in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.

They replied once to tell me my sleep tracker tracked from 9-11 and 11-3 am on the 16th ive done what they suggested so I will wait for the email.
Just a little perturbed with 11 month old fitbit and here we go again .
