versa, step counts shows " unidentified"
Never had this problem before. I restarted the watch still same message.

Hi @helga_h64, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it the step count is not working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 ours and see if it tracks your steps properly.
