Versa tracking

Versa  has  stopped  tracking  the  steps  ...instead of tracking steps  says "unidentified"

Hi, @helga_h64! Are you talking about on the Versa itself? I'd suggest trying a reset of the Versa and seeing if that helps. Hold the button or the left button and bottom right button for about ten seconds until the device vibrates and the Fitbit icon shows up.

Hi @MakMak , yes i  have  done reset  few  times still not  luck .funny  bc  i get  notification of  how  many steps  is  left  for  an  hour  but  nothing  showing under  how  many steps i  have  taken

Hmm that's really strange behavior. I haven't heard of anyone else posting this, but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. What I would suggest doing is taking a photo of it next time you get it, then getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. You can share with them what is happening and what you have done already and have the picture as backup, since they often ask for those details, it will save you some runaround.
