My steps are not syncing to a workweek challenge that I am apart of for the 2nd week in a row. I've noticed this week that my steps have actually decreased in the challenge. It has gone from 45 to 20 back to 0. I've searched for a remedy or similar issues but all I find are questions about logging activities through a third party app or creating a manual log from my account or Mobile run. None of that applies to me. The watch has been updated, I've removed it from the app and reinstalled it, and I've restarted my phone as well but the steps are still not syncing. Please help.
