Good morning, this is day 3 with my new Versa and I have woken up this morning to over 15k steps yet I've been asleep! I've never had this happen before with any other Fitbit I've owned. Confused on how to resolve this?

Is the Fitbit near a vibration source like a fan, dehumidifier, or even a computer CPU? It can see the vibration as steps and add false steps.
You can enter a driving record to get rid of them

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
Were you wearing your Versa while sleeping or did you leave it in a night table? If you weren't wearing it, as recommended by our friend, if the Versa was near a vibration source, it might have taken those vibrations as steps.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
