Hi my watch is only one month old but it suddenly stopped working. Last night I charged it to 100% but after few hours battery died again. Now I charged it again in hope it will turn back on but no luck. Watch get warmer after charge but screen didn't come back. I tried all troubleshooting instructions but still no progress. I have no idea what to do, this is my second versa watch and I am facing the same issue again, not happy with this product😔😔
I tried to restart or shutdown the watch by pressing all 3 switches, nothing happened. What is the best way to contact fitbit? Please send me the link if possible.
