Versa stopped counting steps

My versa has stopped counting any steps, ive seen posts regarding not counting correctly but its not counting any steps at all, any ideas anyone?

Hi @lizdaisy , are you using a Fitbit Clock Face or a Third Party One? In the last case, change it for a CF developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If you're using a Fitbit CF, try restarting your Versa several times with the two button method and see if that solves your problem. Keepme posted and regards kuzibri

Regarding the steps tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. Please follow those steps and reply to their email in order to follow up.
