No notifications on Versa

Ever since the iOS update I’m not getting any text or calendar notifications. I do get the new active call alert. I really rely on my versa for updates during the day. I can’t be on my cell phone at work but at least I could get texts from my children. Now I’m at a loss. I’ve done every update Fitbit suggested, including sync, update checking Bluetooth, deleting and restarting etc nothing works. Please  Help!

Hi @MTV2017 This is a known issue. Apple did an update that upset things. It isnt Fitbit's  fault but the engineers are working to get the link working properly again. Keep an eye on THIS thread for updates.

By the way, I appreciate the time spenty trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.

 

I'm sorry about the notifications issue that your Versa is experiencing. As @NellyG mentioned, our team is aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix and once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it in the Community.
