Versa stopped receiving notifications

Hi, 

The last week none of notifications are coming through. I've tried all the tips on the forum but no luck. 

When I go into the notifications a message saying I need to restart my phone keeps coming up!

I've done that several times but still no luck.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

This morning I got my Versa 2 to start receiving notifications by doing the following.
Open your fitbit app and open your account by tapping the icon in the top left. Where it says device tap on Versa 2. In the next screen scroll down to Notifications under General. Then in that screen tap App Notifications. Go through those and choose what apps you want to be notified by. Mine somehow were all turned off.

Hi 

Its saying I need to restart my phone to enable notifications but that won't work. I've tried disabling all and starting again. And made sure the notifications are on on my phone and watch.

Exact issue here for months already.

 

Only time it reselves is when I uninstall and reinstall the app. The next day, same issue!! Ridiculous really.

 

Many other threads with same issue, no permanent solution as yet....
