Suddenly today my Fitbit quit working and wouldn’t show my distance, time , heartbeat or calories. It stopped showing the route I was walking. Everything worked fine yesterday.  I’m not able to pull up the information on my phone. I’ve updated the app. Please give me help.

Hi there, @maggielocklier. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help.

To better assist you, may I know if the data is not showing up on your Versa itself or just the Fitbit app? Is your Versa's screen blank?

Please restart your Fitbit as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @maggielocklier  - it could need charging, if it gets hot while charging stop immediately.

It could also need restarting, or may have got moisture inside.
