5 days ago my Versa stopped synching sleep info and the hours active info. When synching it syncs steps and bpm. I see a Failed to Sync message that flashes at the top at the end of the sync cycle.
I am on iPhone, latest firmware (13.3). I updated the fitbit firmware to latest and the problem is unchanged (error started before the firmware update and continues after the firmware update). I have rebooted the iPhone and the versa. I've turned wireless and bluetooth off and on. The problem persists.
Any ideas?

I am having the same problems. I am also not receiving notifications except for WSJ. I have gone through all the suggested steps to correct, but nothing changes.

I am on an Android and my device has stopped syncing since running the update on dec 12. The last thing I did was shutdown the watch and now it won't turn back on.

interesting that mine also stopped on 12th. I did apply a fitbit app update but I don't know (and can't determine what date I applied it).

thanks but i've done that (numerous times). Bluetooth off. Phone rebooted. Vera rebooted. It is syncing things like steps and BPM -- but it is getting a failure message at some point (consistently) and after that error the remaining data (activity per hour and sleep) isn't synched.
