My Versa has stopped syncing with the app 3 days ago...ive unistalled app etc still not syncing
Watch was new in July been fine up until 3 days ago?

Yep...my notification have stopped as well since it stopped syncing! Its so annoying...hopefully someone from Fitbit will respond 🙏 🙂
Best AnswerMy Versa 2 i bought in july and it quit connecting to my blue tooth and it wont sync either . I have factory reset my phone twice and deleted and redownloaded the app 4 times 2 of those times on 2 other devices its just not working still waiting on reply from fitbit has anyone been avle to come up with a resolution?
Ok so after reading some other posts ans i had some coffee and i am calm and collected i got it to work .
I deleted the app again and reloaded it. I logged into app then i turned the versa 2 watch off press the button for 10 seconds and it will restart. When the watch restarted it auto connected to my phone and app.
And so far it is still in sync and i just downloadef the new clock face offered by fitbit. Everything is working.
