I've had my Fitbit versa about a year and a half. The other day the display screen was frozen then died. I got it working yesterday, now my app says its fully charged, but the screen won't react. I tried factory resetting, but the buttons won't react either. Really bummed that it no longer works as it's the only watch I've been able to wear regularly without issues. If anyone had any ideas, please let me know. I don't want to buy another just for it to happen again..

Hi @Jayr3d0316, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black and it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. Also, let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the reset. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
