Hi, I brought this versa from the USA on March when I brought this the active minutes was working fine now suddenly i don't know what happened the active minutes are stop, please help me to get back this thing.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa which you purchased in the USA stopped tracking your active minutes. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer. I recommend to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally.
