Versa stopped tracking my sleep data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For q week now my Versa sleep tracker stopped working again. This happened 6-12 months ago but finally started working again. My new mattress came with a free under mattress sleep tracker and it shows that I am still alive and it tracks my sleep. Have tried everything but still can't get Versa to work again. Any ideas?

Hi there @Dondd, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.

If you are not receiving sleep stages, please consider the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your response. I have tried all of the above, to no avail.
However, out of the blue, without doing anything different, it worked last
night. It worked on a night where my under mattress tracker actually showed
lower sleep results than usual. Go figure. Will watch and see if it keeps
working. Don
