Versa stopped tracking sleep.

Versa tracked sleep when I first used it a month ago

Now it works off and on.  Right now not working. I did a reset and still not working.  This seems to be a common problem with Versa.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your sleep. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue by restarting your device. I understand your concern and recommend doing the following:

 

1. Manually sync the watch. See instructions here
2. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.

 

You can manually log your sleep to reflect the time slept by following the instructions in this help article: How do I change my sleep history?
