I was using Fitbit versa 1 for one year and a half and now it is completely dead. I contacted customer care a few weeks ago when I noticed that the battery life has significantly shortened and I had to recharge it everyday. The customer care refused to provide any refund as the warranty covers only one year. They suggested purchasing a new device.
But I am in doubts now and would like to learn what are the experiences of other users, did battery on their devices lasted longer and I am the only unlucky one? I am really considering now should I again purchase another version by Fitbit or explore other cheaper and more reliable options.

@yalik, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa became unresponsive. I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this.
We really appreciate your feedback and comments about this since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
