Versa stopped vibrating

Over the past month or so, my Fitbit Versa doesn’t vibrate any more, not on notifications, alarms or long pressing the left button. I tried restarting it and did a Factory Reset, but to no avail. Can you advise what to do next?

Hi there @patrick168, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's vibration motor has stopped working over the past month, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. I appreciate your time and efforts in troubleshooting your watch prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue helping you.

Before moving on to the next step, please check or confirm that your Versa is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. For more information, please see here

When you turn on the do not disturb setting:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the watch to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • You see a do not disturb icon at the top of the screen when you swipe down to see your notifications.

You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time.

I'm looking forward to your response.

Hi @patrick168, thanks for the update. I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

We hope your issue is solved soon.
