Yesterday my Versa just stopped working. I put it on the charger but it not charging and isn't working. I did notice a few days before that my steps were off and it wasn't keeping time right. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

same thing happened to me ... I'm going to be getting a replacement
have you tried holding down the back and bottom right buttons for at least 10 s? it may have turned off
-have you tried a different outlet?
-if those don't work I would call support or chat with them
