I'm very upset I have an original Versa. A few days ago I was prompted n my watch to do a update. I updated the watch after that the watch wont work. Spoke with customer service twice. They said they cant help me. Before the update my watch worked perfect. They offered a discount to buy another watch. I find that not acceptable. The watch worked fine until they wanted me to update.

There is nothing they will due except give me discount. I asked to speak with a manager. They said they wont be able to help you either.

Hello,

Regardless my watch was no longer in warranty. I had no issues with my watch until I received a notification to update. Obvious the update was not compatible. I now have no watch unless I purchase another watch from you or someone else.  I find this unsatisfactory to give me 35% ridiculous. NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!

I’ve only had mine for 2 years and was offered the same 35% off. Mine is on but I can’t swipe the screen to put my workouts in or anything. Who wants to have to buy a watch every 2 years? This is my first Fitbit so I’m wondering if this is normal.

Mine stoped the heart rate.  The green light is not on anymore,  I restarted, I full charged again. I did all kind of stuff and after the upgrade this is not working anymore 😤😡
