Versa stopped working after the update

My Versa is now dead and will not fire up nor charge, it was working fine before xmas 23 until an update was done. Now its sitting in a box useless, where do I stand and has this happened to anybody else's?

Hi @Chris076112 - if it simply needs charging because it won't turn on see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Try holding the button for a few seconds if you are familiar with using the button, if not try a few times after trying to charge.

If it gets hot when on charge, stop immediately.

If nothing is working and it's still under warranty get it replaced.
