Versa stopped working and has moisture inside

I bought my Versa to replace my Blaze and was excited that it would be waterproof. I never took it in the water but after playing tennis in the beginning of sumner, my Versa stopped working. I noticed that moisture was trapped in the unit. I could never get it to work since. I have tried to contact support but the phone app keeps kicking me off. Anyone else have this problem?
