I just got back from the gym where I was on the treadmill. I had music playing from my Versa and had it tracking my time on the treadmill. My music kept popping in and out intermittently and then it stopped completely. So annoyed I slow the treadmill and glance down and my watch just shows the fitbit symbol. The watch crashed and I lost my workout stats! What happened and how do i keep it from happening again?

@Crivera97817 Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear about your Versa getting stuck while working out. Try cleaning its contacts with a toothpick or toothbrush then use rubbing alcohol. After this fully charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port or using an UL Listed usb wall adapter. Finally restart it by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Let me know how it goes!
