Versa stopped working during workout

Has anyone ever had their device literally just shut off and die mid-workout? That’s what happened to me today! I tried the hard reset and that didn’t work. It didn’t need a charge because it was at 79% when this happened. I even put it in the charger for awhile when i got home just in case and that didn’t work. I emailed support and got a message that they wouldn’t even respond for like 2 days! I’ve had all kinds of issues with this device and I just got it for Father’s Day. The support is not helpful at all. When they DO respond, they always just tell you to restart the device or restart the app. Then they end by saying they are “monitoring” the situation. What the hell does that even mean? I just want a device that works! Don’t think I’m asking for much. I think I’m gonna be done with Fitbit and just bite the bullet and buy an Apple Watch. Sad cause I was REALLY excited about this Versa!
