Versa stopped working

Guys please help my versa wasn't working. It's in black screen. It has no response when I press any buttons.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa has stopped working and has no response when you press any buttons. I recommend trying to charge your device and following the troubleshooting steps including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
