Can I claim a refund for my Fitbit Versa if it completely stopped working (and tried troubleshooting ervy possible scenario) after getting a new one on 28 September 2018?

I'd be surprised given the time since you bought it. If you buy direct from fitbit then you have 45 days to return it for a refund for any reason. After that you have fitbit's manufacturer warranty that runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months in Europe) but the terms of that only allow for a replacement of a defective product, not a refund. You could try the retailer to see what refund terms they offer but I'd be surprised if they would offer a refund after this time.

Why are there so many claims for the FITBIT? The store said they are returned EVERY week.
My watch literally stopped working last week. A week after the year warranty passed. I am very upset about this.

As you're only just out of warranty it might still be worth contacting customer support to see if they can help in any way: contact.fitbit.com
