This is the 2nd Versa I have had it was a replacement for my 1st, only 12 moths old and has died completely. I will never buy another Fitbit watch as they are unreliable. Will have to look at a Garmin or Samsung watch.

Hi @Undies, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your second Versa has died completely. I am sorry to hear about your experience, I totally understand how you are feeling. Have you tried to change a clock face on your watch and the troubleshooting instructions from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Let me know if the issue persists.

When I tried to charge my watch I left it on the charger for half an hour and could not touch it, it was so hot. Now nothing works when pressing the buttons.
