Hi all, so my Versa HR monitor stopped working properly in June, I've done all the tricks given and finally today I contacted the help team. I was told to do a factory reset but it will not reboot, i just keep getting the clock screen and the help support was like oh you exhausted all resources, and buy a new product. That really doesn't sit well with me. Has anyone successfully resolved this?
