Completely stopped working third watch , won't be buying again , only had 2 years overpriced and always problems .

There are issues currently with watch batteries going flat quickly. Check that the battery isn't flat, just in case its that simple.
Recommend plugging the cable into a computer and then attach the watch and listen for a connect sound, which will mean its getting power.
While its charging try and do a sync with the Fitbit App. It may sync if only the screen is broken, which is another recent problem introduced by firmware updates.
On the off chance its a clock face problem and it is syncing, trying changing the clock face from the Fitbit App, Clocks tile.
