My Fitbit versa is around 1 month old and the strap has broken tonight. The pins are still in the watch but the strap has come off all together. Is this normal? I'm very dissapoibted for the length of time I've wore the devide.

Hello, yeah the strap is suppose to come off so that customers can change the band. As long as the pins are in then the strap should go back on. When i first put my strap on it was a little tricky so it can take a few goes for it to click in, you have to put it in on a certain angle.

Hi, no this is not normal, contact Customer Support about this and ask for a replacement.

The strap has broken and the pins are separate from the strap i.e still in
the watch itself. It's like the plastic has worn and broken really quickly.

Just read another topic about the same problem and they replaced the Versa, so keep fingers crossed.

I’ve also had both of my straps snap. Did you get a response from Fitbit?

My band broke just past it's first year right where the buckle goes into the holes... Pretty frustrating that the bands don't last longer.
