Hello!
Love my Versa, but I recently noticed that the Spotify app was released a while back, to my great surprise and delight! But, problem is, I can't use it because my Versa's firmware is too old, and no matter what I try, the app can't find any updates whatsoever, be it firmware version 32.68.9.12 or 32.68.9.15. Searching for updates via the Windows Fitbit App yields the same results. Any suggestions?

@OliMa30 the latest info should have been released to everyone a month ago. Please see the post above yours by @SunsetRunner and follow his suggestion. I contact Fitbit. There is nothing you had be done wrong.
If you want to try something. You found setup the tracker as a replacement device.

I had the same issue and I think I've found the solution....well this worked for me.
My Versa was stuck on version 32.33.1.30 and I wanted to use the FitOn app. I checked my FitBit app for an update and nothing. I downloaded FitBit Connect and tried update that way and nothing, again! Finally I Factory Reset my Versa and it works perfectly and I currently have the version 32,70.7.14. I'm super excited and satisfied! 😃
My Steps specifically:
1. I made sure my FitBit app was updated to the latest software, Android 3.12.1
2. I unpaired my Versa from my Fitbit App
3. I factory Reset my device (I know it was risky, but I figured all my data was already saved on Fitbit.com.
💭Keep in mind that this worked for me and I hope this works for everyone else!

I'm still stuck on 32.33.1.30 it's March 2020 lol. C'mon Fitbit, I want that hand washing reminder clock face for my high risk daughter.

I factory reset and it updated. It's at 32.70.7.14

its April 2020 and my versa still will not pick up that an update is required? I have checked everything that you have advised us to check and everything is fine. It just will not find an update? My partner has the exact same versa but he has managed to update his?

I had the same issues and followed the instructions from Fitbit step by step. Multiple times. Nothing worked.
Did what the user above stated:
1) Un-pair from phone app
2) Factory reset
3) Set it up
4) Works!

does it seriously take two years for an update? like come on, i just bought a versa and im severely dissapointed

A factory reset fixed it for me, upgraded from 32.33.1.30 to 32.72.1.15 when I added it as a new device after a factory reset.
