hi so i have recently setup my Fitbit versa and it won't go off the white log after the setup

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if your Versa is stuck on the Fitbit logo? If so, please try the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
