Versa stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa only shows the logo screen. I've tried resetting it by holding the home and bottom right button NUMEROUS times. I've also tried putting it on the charger and leaving it overnight and all I get is the logo screen. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I see you have tried restarting your Versa several times and the issue persist. I would try changing the clock face by going through the Fitbit app. Change it to the original clock face or preferably to another clock face made by Fitbit. If the problem is not resolved by changing the clock face you can try setting up your Versa again as a new device to see if that helps. You will not lose any data settings it back up. The only data you will lose is anything that occurred after you last successful sync. 

Here’s how: 

  1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device if your on an iOS device or tap unpair if your on an Android device. If it doesn’t appear anywhere on your Bluetooth proceed to step #2
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. 
  4. Log out of the Fitbit App then force shut the Fitbit app by swiping it upwards 
  5. Restart your phone.
  6. Restart your Fitbit if your able too: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  7. Log back into the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
  8. Choose Versa from the list of trackers and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace your Versa say yes.

Nope. This didn't work. I unpaired the device and it won't let me connect it again because I can't get the FitBit to move away from the logo screen.

I do hope they can get things sorted out for you quickly.
